Enjoy a fully stocked kitchenette with dish soap, new wash sponge, paper towels and cleaning supplies with fridge & freezer, clean bed sheets & pillows, and additional cooking tools. Every Nightly stay comes with a full tank of water for bathroom/shower/sink use. Water is limited to your Tank size and use. Understand that we are not connected to city water as you are camping in the country.

The trailer is powered using clean Solar power generating charge to the batteries. If you require more power needs to run off the AC plug ins we have a gas power generator that will power the Air-conditioning, Microwave and run any powered products to also charge your phones, laptops and tablets, sleep apnea machines. Will also power the flat screen TV with Nintendo hook up for those rainy lazy days if spending indoors. 1 Generator full fuel tank per stay & runs up to 8 hours. Message ahead to rent out the gas generator for availability ($35 per night extra)
Per nightly Rental check in Availability starts at 3PM & Checkout is 12PM next day. (ask for flexibility late check out if needing that extra sleep in)
Cost per night is $100, There is a $180 damage deposit included with the price. The damage deposit will be returned within 24-48hrs after checkout, Also that damage deposit conforms to the trailer being cleaned. Meaning that as long as you leave the trailer as you arrived in cleanliness we can keep the cost down on cleaning time which keeps this rental as affordable as possible to everyone who rents out.
Firewood is stocked for purchase and you will get 4 free bundle per night stay.
Occupancy is set for 5 to sleep comfortably, we can max out at 6 if there is more children. Occupancy of 7 and more is charged $20 per person which will come off your damage deposit.
